We had annuities that were not titled under the Family trust and were therefore not recognized as trust assets. We had two options to correct the situation, Probate or Heggstad petition. Jondea Erisman guided us through the process, counseled on seeking tax advice and filed the Heggstad petition, at our request. Jondea was professional and kept us informed as we moved through the process. I would highly recommend Erisman Law.
