Horrible shop Staff seem arrogant and range of products is very limited. 2 seperate young people I know have gone into this shop asking specifically for triathlon cleats and been sold mountain biking cleats. This is taking advantage of a novice rider to make a sale rather than tell them where they can find triathlon cleats. Don’t go to this shop 👍

Purchased a bike online through Trek Bicycles. Paid for Premium Home Delivery and the website said that my address was in the shop's home delivery area. Called today to find out when it would be delivered only to be told they don't deliver to my area and didn't know anything about the premium home delivery I'd paid for......
