Erin Sabin has helped me changed my LIFE! I’m not being overdramatic. She really has! In the last year I have been going to her small group women’s classes. My relationship with working out has always been tricky until I started going to Erin's classes. Her circuits always have variety and she knows so much about posturing, body mechanics & the in's and out's of women's bodies. The women she brings in are kind and supportive, its an incredible community! My body feels strong and healthy. Her one-on-one wellness coaching is incredible, her intuitive approach is exactly what I need.
