Shopped here for Christmas last year. I was in the store for 15 minutes browsing before making my purchase. The entire time the owner and another employee chatted to each other and carried on simple tasks, never greeting me or asking if I needed help. I was the only customer in the store. During check out, the extent of their communication to me was “is that it?” concerning my purchase of $120. Erin was very kind and welcoming. She showed us around. Her bags are very well made and there are lots of fun prints. She gave us a sneak peek of the winter prints and they are very cute! Will definitely be coming back!
