This is the second time my wife and I worked with Erin. Again, she secured us a great rate and made the whole process painless. When we need to renew our mortgage again in 5 years time we will be working with her again no doubt. Erin is very responsive and always gets back to you very promptly which I really appreciate. Erin was PHENOMENAL to work with! She was so quick to help with every very basic question I had, and was so patient with us at every step even when we had no idea what we were doing. She worked seamlessly with our realtor and lawyer and I genuinely don't think we would have ended up in our house without her (or if we did, I would have broken down sobbing from the logistics I had to handle, that she took care of and made look easy!) I so so so highly recommend her for all of your mortgage needs.
