Dr Feinstein is a good neurologist but looks like she’s working in a bubble that only staff or whatever controls the appointments do what they want! My husband needed his appointment before he was doing hip surgery and they canceled on him! It’s a shame cause we really liked the doctor! Now have to look for another doctor it’s sad we can’t count on her cause staff doesn’t care about patients

My daughter has been trying to get an appointment since January 2024. Left several messages and many times phone was not picked up. Called Rahway Robert Wood and was told she left the DOC practice. However, love Dr. Feinstein. Please respond so I know if I have to find another doctor.
My husband Robert was a patient…. First visit was great. Then, my husband was cancelled 3 consecutive visits. The Dr. is obviously irresponsible, and does not care..We have since found a fabulous new Doctor, who we just love!
