Extremely disappointed with the service and communication I received. After an initial conversation, we were completely ghosted for months by Karen with no updates or follow-up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE... I called them for a quote, talked with an assistant who quoted me the retainer price for my issue, told the person I wanted to shop around for more prices and would call them back if I decided to go with them.
