Erika helped me with my writer's block. She was very insightful in her questioning and probed me in just the right way to propel me into my own subconscious and untangle some disordered feelings and thoughts I had. I feel more confident and more in-control of myself. I highly recommend Erika. I had never tried hypnotherapy before and Erika explains the process and clarifies any misconceptions you may approach your first session with.
