I have had such a great experience with Erik's office. Jim has helped with setting up a whole accounting system for my husbands business, I was completely lost on where to even start. Kristie has helped with so many questions also. I am so thankful for their expertise (and patience) throughout this whole process. I would highly recommend them!!
After I left Erik's services, I had a HUGE mess on my hands. It took me 4 months to back enter information he never did. He didn't keep with our agreed upon duties, thus breaching our contract and then blamed our bookkeeper for his short-comings and lack of attention. One of our loans has journal entries that don't make any sense, so while trying to sort through his confusing entries, I called him and he refused to explain them to my new bookkeeper/accountant.
