Won't let you pay your mortgage online with external account. Hold basic features hostage to try and blackmail me into starting checking account. They also charge 4.95 to make payment then when you use system and pay on time they still try to slap late fees that you have to call and get removed. If you don't notice they will just take your money illegally
If I could give this bank a negative star. I would. They are rude. They will not let me get my money back after having. My card frozen and would not release it unless they had permission by the fraud department and they were blamed. Basically my count got hat and they're blaming me. So they punishing me and close my account. They're very rude.
Phenomenal bank with wonderful people serving our community! Everyone there makes you feel like family every time you walk through their doors!
