Sustained a lower back injury and sought professional help at Erie Shores Rehab.My assigned physiotherapist was Johnny and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable and articulate and each session focused on the latest problem I was seeking to overcome. Johnny kept it simple and sent me home with diagrams with instruction each session.
