Stephen never showed up for our set appointment for signature notarization for my dying father. I called and texted Stephen multiple times to inquire about his whereabouts, but got no response. Very unprofessional in an already tense and emotional situation.

Making special time for appointment - waited - along with my wife for ‘no-show’ and ‘no-call’. When I attempted to call if he was coming, my phone calls were not answered. ‘An evening of life’ put aside - and wasted - never to be regained. Would not trust another evening of waiting ‘IF.’ Will take business to a dependable service.
