My husband and I were very unhappy with the ride of our 13 ft whaler with living on Lake Erie and the Sundusky bay. We decided to stop in to Erie Marine to talk about the Highfield inflatable. The entire team there were very knowledgeable and personable. We were able to get the right fit of boat for us in a very short period of time. Took it out on the bay with very choppy waters and it rode beautifully! We are so happy with our purchase and the whole team of people who work there. After being screwed over by a local now felon who was selling and installing floating docks we called Erie Marine in the first week of May to inquire about having our floating docks installed before the 4th of July. I ordered some parts, reached out directly to the installation person almost every other week, and was told each time that we were on the schedule and they would be in by the 4th. Two weeks before the 4th, I called again, was told it would be Monday, or Tuesday of the holiday week, she had to check with her boss ... read more
