This review is based on my experience with Erie Insurance’s roadside assistance dispatch. My husband and I were visiting friends at Piedmont Lake when we accidentally locked our keys in our vehicle. Erie dispatched T&K Towing to assist us. After nearly three hours of waiting, the driver ultimately cancelled the job after getting lost and refusing my offer to text him a Google Maps pin for our exact location. Called for an auto insurance quote and was greeted with the rudest representative they could have sent me, her name was Autumn. If this is the way they treat their customers I am surprised they are still in business. Very sad!
