Absolutely abhorrent service from Erie after 20+ years of paying for premium insurance. They send your expensive car to Safelite for glass replacement, where it will incur damage so severe it requires a trip to the manufacturers collision center. Then, the adjuster who is supposed to work with you to get this complete, does absolutely nothing while making you work with the collision center to get the payment from the insurance company. This company business practice is very questionable. The Nashville office, the Lebanon office both. After years of being with this company. Never had an auto claim in 25 years, never had a claim for my house or houses in 25 years. Just because I have a few houses that have wind roof damage. Which can't be helped when it happens. I have had Erie for home and auto insurance for years. Had a leak in my kitchen sink faucet while I was on vacation that flooded my kitchen and then down to the bonus room below. I got home late on the sixth of August and filed my claim on the seventh. It took them over a week to get someone out to my house. No sense of urgency. The adjuster assigned to my claim is extremely contentious and stand offish. The most disgusting insurance company I've ever seen, they had a client hit my car and can no longer recover it and I ended up in the hospital, they offered me money that didn't cover the car and medical expenses I will sue these companies
