Pretty disgusted with them. Was selling my mother's Estate. When the buyers contacted Erie they were given an ok. Then very shorty before closing Erie said they would not cover the house because they had sent someone out there and it had to have a new roof because of hail damage. I filled a claim. Met with adjuster (Jacob) on a Monday who told me there would be no problem and that he would send me and email with the info within 2 hours. He said he had nothing else going on that day. Yeah. Very unhappy with my service and it's been less than a month
By far the worst insurance company I've ever experienced.. DO NOT ERIE FOR ANYTHING! Period!! No communications.. zero effort.. zero customer help or flexibility.. absolutely pathetic!!
Originally wrote this review for RPR and placing here as well as I believe they are tied together. If you are considering RPR OR EERIE for insurance.. RUN! *** BEWARE!!!!! We signed up with RPR due to the glowing reviews. We were then re-routed to be managed by Eerie through RPR without option. Look up Eerie in the area - HORRIBLE reviews. We obviously would have never chosen them based on the 1 star, but were duped by signing up through RPR. I am wondering if that is how RPR is maintaining their high marks.
