Absolute crap when it comes to coverage. Will drop you if you file a claim. This company had the audacity to send me a final bill 3 months after I switched coverage. Saying I owed them for coverage that I never received. Incredible. You’re better off carrying zero insurance rather than paying for coverage from these crooks. Shameful. DO NOT USE THEM.

Hardly any help, can’t seem to use up to date technology for paper work, can’t even seem to send or receive emails correctly… not reimbursing enough money and not being the ones to do the reaching out, hard to get a hold of. Very poor communication. Taking vacation without making sure that clients are taken care of first so they are left without help and no answers. Erie has clearly run themselves into the ground... Dropping coverage across the board. More expensive than any other company. Hard to deal with. Probably best for them to just dissolve... Zero care for long term policy holders.

Extremely rude, short and ultimately lazy when trying to reach out for information. Highly recommend you stay away from this business.
