I was going to renew my annual auto insurance, and while emailing back and forth about it, I received another customer’s personal information in my inbox. I was told to disregard the message because it wasn’t meant for me.
This company is definitely the worst to deal with I would not advise anybody to deal with this insurance company.. My car was involved in an accident involving 3 other people that was inside of my car at the time. The process of getting someone to call you back about the claim was the worst, also the payout process was horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
