This company had the best rate for me. I got the quote and the email saying someone would reach out to me about it and nobody ever did. I've called multiple times and gotten no answer. I got a call back much later. Can't imagine if I had an accident how long it would take to get in touch with someone
I have learned the hard way. I will never get Erie Insurance again. I am dealing with a homeowners insurance claim, and the repair work has dragged on since last October (2025) Their adjusters are basically worthless. The work has not been managed by the adjuster. My adjuster has not been to the property to check on the status of the work — which is still not complete. The miscommunication (or non-communication) is unbelievable. I was going to renew my annual auto insurance, and while emailing back and forth about it, I received another customer’s personal information in my inbox. I was told to disregard the message because it wasn’t meant for me.
This company is definitely the worst to deal with I would not advise anybody to deal with this insurance company.. My car was involved in an accident involving 3 other people that was inside of my car at the time. The process of getting someone to call you back about the claim was the worst, also the payout process was horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
