Terrible experience with Erie Insurance, especially with Stephen Barr and his manager Nicholas. I'm fighting with them now on a dimminished value claim. At first they told me they didn't have to pay it, which I knew was a lie. Now they make me an offer of about 1.6% of what my vehicle is worth prior to the accident. It's an industry standard that they should pay about 10% because when I go to trade in my vehicle, that's a realistic dimminished value amount. I filed an accident report about a month ago. Four days later, I was contacted and informed about the accident, I gave all the information and photos. their own measurement workers came and took pictures of my car. Since I am not their customer, they received information from me very quickly, but then they do not even bother their customers because the name of the person holding the accident report is HEATHET MAZUR, one day the system does not work, one day they can not reach their customers, another day they are not in the ... read more

One of there customers rear ended me. Totalling my car, they were very prompt and professional. Upon confirmation of everthing, it only took 18hrs for the funds to arrive and by the time id gotten back from dropping of the title and going put to lunch the tow truck was on site to pick up. Everything was timed perfectly
