The negative reviews here are real. They are handling my total loss. The rental I got as a part of my coverage needs returned in 2 days and they still have not paid out my total loss, and now are refusing to cover the rental further. I even let them know they will be losing a 13 year customer and they couldn't care less. They have a two star rating here for good reasons. They are not very good at responding to any calls , emails, or text. I've never in my life.Heard of an insurance company having a system wide outage. You can't return a call, a text, or an email? In this day and age that is totally unacceptable.
You guys respond to every review but mine. Under PA law the second you deny my claim I can sue. I would call me ASAP before the nastiest lawyer in PA is on your arses. Car suffered water ingress with all this rain we've gotten in Pittsburgh through its sunroof.
