You guys respond to every review but mine. Under PA law the second you deny my claim I can sue. I would call me ASAP before the nastiest lawyer in PA is on your arses. Car suffered water ingress with all this rain we've gotten in Pittsburgh through its sunroof. I would recommend Erie Insurance to family and friends. From the first call to my agent to dealing with the claims adjuster was quick and professional. Payments were very quick. What a great insurance company.

Supervisor was extremely aggressive and rude. I asked her to please hear me and speak kindly she screams more saying "you know what!" I hung up on her as I couldn't take the disrespect any longer. I had a simple question and was kind.

Very poor experience with this company. I was hit by a vehicle insured by them, the first rep I got (Angela Johnson) was beyond rude. She tried to tell me the vehicle wasn’t insured by them and I must’ve got the plate wrong so they refused to help me and told me just to go through my insurance which I did not want to do. Once I mentioned the police report with all the info, she changed her tune. Completely rude and did not help me as I was a 3rd party claimant and not their customer.
