My significant other was hit by an eerie costumer. Trying to get ahold of the adjuster is almost non existent. She’s been trying for WEEKS to get her car seats replaced and hasn’t heard from anyone. Sent several emails, called multiple times, and everything. They have been less than helpful. Brice Cole, and his boss have not been an ounce of help. If I were you, I would choose a different insurance.
Claims process has been a nightmare. I had a building collapse during the snowstorm January 2025. I was assigned to Mathew Runstedler. Mathew has been very lackadaisical from the start. Called his boss Carl after Mathew not returning calls, text & emails for 2 weeks & he called me back using his office speaker phone which was very distorted. The communication between customer and employees with this company is basically non existant. A eerie customer hit me and IV been dealing with erie employees for almost a month now and none of them are in any hurry to respond after initial phone call. Kimberly B. Has been the one I have the worst trouble communicating with about issuing my settlement check. If I ever was to switch insurance companies it would not be to this one.
As a dealer, i would never EVER recommend my cutsomers to Erie Insurance ever again. Its all a scam! MY customers insurance was literally cancelled the same day his car got totalled out . Let that make sense. It wasnt even cancelled due to non payment of coverage, it was cancelled because customer didnt "comply" to a auto accident that happned a year ago. Even after that, he continued to make his payments on time. Customer not happy and dealership taking a loss, thanks to Erie
