I have been doing business with The Erie Insurance for over a decade on my personal and business insurance. They are a preferred agency that will offer full indemnification. Very competitive pricing and you get a local agent. Win, Win!

My significant other was hit by an eerie costumer. Trying to get ahold of the adjuster is almost non existent. She’s been trying for WEEKS to get her car seats replaced and hasn’t heard from anyone. Sent several emails, called multiple times, and everything. They have been less than helpful. Brice Cole, and his boss have not been an ounce of help. If I were you, I would choose a different insurance.

Claims process has been a nightmare. I had a building collapse during the snowstorm January 2025. I was assigned to Mathew Runstedler. Mathew has been very lackadaisical from the start. Called his boss Carl after Mathew not returning calls, text & emails for 2 weeks & he called me back using his office speaker phone which was very distorted. I asked him if he could take me off of speakerphone and talk on the regular phone because the call sounded terrible. He said he could call me back in two hours and hung up on me. Sadly, ... read more
