Worst experience ever as a first time home buyer. You can tell they were trying to find any reason to cancel my insurance. Tamron with Integrity Ins was recommended by Rural 1st. He signed me up, couple months later they just show up unannounced at my address to complete an inspection. Per their inspection they said my home was a manufactured home- they also were covering this same address for the last 20 yrs with previous owners. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE!! They do not process cancellations when requested but keep taking our premiums.

My significant other was hit by an eerie costumer. Trying to get ahold of the adjuster is almost non existent. She’s been trying for WEEKS to get her car seats replaced and hasn’t heard from anyone. Sent several emails, called multiple times, and everything. They have been less than helpful. Brice Cole, and his boss have not been an ounce of help. If I were you, I would choose a different insurance.
