They are horrible walk a life … never open hours they say. And when you call corporate on them they flat out deny your claim. The police have her ans driver one.. and she andmitted backing into me afree see tried to leave the accident And everyone is on vacation with no back ups. There insured back into me so hard the she bent metal bumper… clearly there fault. I’m a delivery driver and have been off work for over a week while they all vacation !!

My vehicle was recently hit and Erie Insurance quickly and efficiently handled the claim—outstanding customer service!
Absolute worst service. Noone in office to process pay out on claim. Claim pay out process is questionable at best. My bank has never herd of how they pay out here. Glad I do not have insurance through them. Would much rather pay my higher premium for better service.
