I had a very poor experience with Erie Insurance while attempting to resolve a third-party auto claim from an accident on November 5, 2025. The claim was initially denied by the assigned adjuster, Madisyn Andrews. After I submitted a written rebuttal with additional information, supervisor Spencer Wilson confirmed that a supervisory review would begin on November 27, 2025. They are horrible walk a life … never open hours they say. And when you call corporate on them they flat out deny your claim. The police have her ans driver one.. and she andmitted backing into me afree see tried to leave the accident And everyone is on vacation with no back ups. There insured back into me so hard the she bent metal bumper… clearly there fault. I’m a delivery driver and have been off work for over a week while they all vacation !!
