I don’t have Erie insurance but the person who hit me did. They fully covered my truck. They also provided a rental during the process which helped me get to work. 100% trust Erie!
I know the feeling,can't get a response from anybody,veery unprofessional, I've contacted the adjuster to never getting a response. Would not recommend
I have been a good customer of Erie for 25 + yrs. with auto/home/and life insurance. My agent always told me my home was covered at full replacement, no worries, etc. I recently had wind damage to the roof so I initiated a claim. I wasn't covered like my agent claimed. It was all down hill from there. The inspection was done by a third party that was totally unprofessional. I have texted and called the adjuster several times and was very difficult to get a reply.
