I am not a customer of your company—I was hit by one of your insured drivers. My experience with this office, particularly Rob and Justin, has been disappointing. I am not a customer of theirs, I was hit by a customer of theirs. This office (Rob & Justin) lack customer service. In this day and age, if you don't serve your customers, but instead argue with them, you are wasting company $$$. This increases premiums which then causes the loss of customers. Business 101

Originally assumed water that bubbled from my floor resulted from a rogue watering of plants or a spilled cup of water, turned out to be a burst pipe. Erie - specifically, Scott Murphy - did a fantastic job of answering my call, asking specific questions, and immediately getting the claim off the ground to remediate the loss. I don’t have Erie insurance but the person who hit me did. They fully covered my truck. They also provided a rental during the process which helped me get to work. 100% trust Erie!

I know the feeling,can't get a response from anybody,veery unprofessional, I've contacted the adjuster to never getting a response. Would not recommend
