I have been a good customer of Erie for 25 + yrs. with auto/home/and life insurance. My agent always told me my home was covered at full replacement, no worries, etc. I recently had wind damage to the roof so I initiated a claim. I wasn't covered like my agent claimed. It was all down hill from there. The inspection was done by a third party that was totally unprofessional. I have texted and called the adjuster several times and was very difficult to get a reply. Over a week that Victoria was supposed to set up a rental still no word ! Also they didn’t even check to see who the owner of the vehicle and sent the check in my boyfriend‘s name Very poor customer service would not recommend to anyone so sorry if you have to go through this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was involved in a hit and run accident at fault of the other driver. Erie failed to send me an adjuster, I get a call saying my car is ready but I owe almost $4500. I say that my insurance was supposed to cover and they said that it never went through. I call my insurance and the girl on the phone very obviously didn’t understand what she was supposed to say or do.
