They told I hit the other car and declined, while the road mark, my ayes and police report clearly shows opposite. Bad experience!
Absolutely horrendous service. We were dropped by them when I got married due to my partner having 2 minor tickets 3+ years ago with absolutely no way to retain our policies. Even more scummy of them, they still decided to upcharge us a higher rate for the final 3 months until dropping our policy. Never had a big claim or anything, and otherwise clean driving records. Totally unfriendly to customers, and a prime example of why insurance companies are seen as leeches.
They lack good customer service. They threatened to remove our homeowner's insurance since we lapsed on car insurance. Coercive and bullying, imo. FYI, Erie insurance only does bundled insurance. We gladly took our business elsewhere.

I've spoken with the entire company without any negotiations in almost month after their insurer was completely liable for accident which totaled my family's only vehicle 🚑.
