They sent an agent to look at our roof and boy was he a flatterer. Insurance of course had no intention of paying for any problems with our roof however this scammer did look around our home & noticed we had a home business & reported it to the Charlotte office. They imposed insurance on us when there is NO LAW in North Carolina that requires homeowners insurance for a childcare business in your home. If I could give zero starz I would, this company as a whole is shady. They may have low rates but they get it that way by not paying out claims they should. Even when you have a police report stating who is at fault and it backs up what you tell them they will still deny your claim because they are cheap and greedy. Don't waste your money with a company who only cares about lining their pockets.

My car has now been in the shop for 6 weeks. Nothing has been done due to the Jefas Torres not approving work to be done. My deductible is $1000 and so far he has approved almost nothing leaving me with over $5000 to pay. I call him and he does not return calls. This is the worse insurance company I have dealt with. I have reported them to the NC department of car insurance. Another car with Erie came in to the same body repair shop. Erie approved the claim. We have the same policy.

So far not impressed at all. I was dog bit December 28. Took adjuster over a month to call me and still not anywhere near resolved.
