I WOULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO -0, IF I COULD! THEIR CLIENT REAR-ENDED A CAR BEHIND ME AT A RED LIGHT PUSHING HIS CAR UNDER MY SUV. ERIE CLAIM ADJUSTER (CRYSTAL P.) IS RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL HER CALLS GOES TO HER VOICEMAIL, SO YOU BETTER EMAIL HER TO KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR CONVERSATION. FINALLY I HAD TO CONTACT THE OFFICE MANAGER IN ORDER TO SETTLE MY CLAIM. I had a tree fall on my Porsche in my driveway Saturday morning due to extreme winds. Erie had an Material Damage Adjuster at my house on Tuesday. Bruno Penetra was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He made the entire process simple and easy. Mr. Penetra explained everything thoroughly and made a stressful experience smooth. Would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for a change.

They told I hit the other car and declined, while the road mark, my ayes and police report clearly shows opposite. Bad experience!

Absolutely horrendous service. We were dropped by them when I got married due to my partner having 2 minor tickets 3+ years ago with absolutely no way to retain our policies. Even more scummy of them, they still decided to upcharge us a higher rate for the final 3 months until dropping our policy. Never had a big claim or anything, and otherwise clean driving records. Totally unfriendly to customers, and a prime example of why insurance companies are seen as leeches.
