I was hit by an erie insured driver in August 2024 and started a claim with them to compensate me for my medical and lost wages and at the beginning the process was going really smooth and then we made it to the settlement and now the adjuster has gone completely ghost and won’t answer the phone or call back to move forward with the settlement. This is so frustrating that he won’t respond at all and I’ve been waiting weeks to get a hold of him. How can I take this above him to get this resolved?

Worst company ever. Whoever I called and spoke to at this local office was rude and not very educated on anything I asked. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere.

Had eerie for 2 years, got into one accident, paid the deductible no issues, adjuster took a little while but it was whatever. They said if I had another accident they were going to drop me (the accident was a fender bender). Thought it was understandable, whatever, I’m young and got into an accident so I understood that it might’ve been a risk and my insurance could’ve went up. I paid around 80-100 a month. I am in the process of a claim where the other person is at fault but the cop didn't do a great job and decided no one as fault on the police report. Erie so far has been so helpful! Erin, Mike, Dennis and Heidi have been very very helpful. Explaining everything to me and keeping me up to date.
