I recently totalled a car that is loaned through Erie FCU, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. My point of contact, named Terry, has been incredibly rude with me throughout this process. It has been several months, and I'm still paying insurance on a car that doesn't function because they're just not bothering to do their jobs.
