I recently totalled a car that is loaned through Erie FCU, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. My point of contact, named Terry, has been incredibly rude with me throughout this process. It has been several months, and I'm still paying insurance on a car that doesn't function because they're just not bothering to do their jobs. The.ladies in the edinboro branch are particularly pleasant and helpful.
I have been with Erie FCU for 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. Especially the branch in Edinboro. At the beginning of 2021 I had to go through the most difficult time of my life when my husband passed. Everyone at this branch did everything to make the Financial aspect of the situation quickly, allowing less stress during this already difficult time. They were sympathetic understanding and always greet me as more than just a customer. I highly recommend this financial institution.
