In and out in less than a minute most visits. The longest I've ever had to wait is about 3 minutes. The staff is always super helpful and friendly.
The lady who answered the phone today, was rude and had an attitude with me even though I was super nice to her. I had a question and called the number on my property tax invoice and it wasn't the correct place that I needed for the question I had, hence the reason for calling. It killed her to have to do something and politely refer me on to the correct number. It's not hard to be nice to nice people that call in. After all, I pay your wages and was being nice to you.
