Called and finally got through and the woman I spoke to was so nasty. Talked over me so much I couldn’t ask my other questions and she hung up before there was a moment of silence. Just remember these are the people helping the public…….Do better.
The website is absolutely horrible, but the people that I meet when I come in to pay, my taxes are fantastic smiley, and the most customer orientated customer service people that I’ve met in my life of paying taxes… I specifically worked with a woman named Lisa.
Terrible website hope the tax payers of Erie County didn't over pay for the "upgrade" of the website. You won the lottery if you get a person when calling the county

OMG...WHAT A..HOLE DESIGNED THIS WEBSITE???;!!!! Can't even find my tax bill on this useless website. Bill is due in 5 days and have no idea what the amount is. Call Elon Musk...I'm sure he will fix it!
