Erie County Care Facility tHINGS HAVE IMPROVED, THE TEN YEAR DIRECTOR OF NURSING, HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A COMPETENT AND COMPASSIONATE RN WHO IS FAIR AND HAS COMMON SENSE . HOWEVER, IT TOOK TEN YEARS!
Bad apples spoil the barrel So many good workers there have been really good to me! It's a damn shame they don't control (or get rid of!) the few that are rude to residents. As residents we don't get to choose which staff are assigned to help us at any given time, so it's the luck of the draw. It's awful to be dependent on someone you're scared of!
