I was reading these reviews. Wow. I guess I've been more than fortunate. But its been usually on the phone stuff. I've always got answers and help with Matt over at the State street branch. To say the least he is an asset to Tento Credit Union. If a call is missed I just call and leave a quick message and I do receive a call back. I dont like to wait either especially if it's a banking issue. Thank Goodness for Matt. Thanks Matt
Clerks are not very friendly
Everytime I go outta town o can't get to my money, they it put a lock on it n close at 330,closed weekends, n website never works.
Why is it so hard to call and talk to someone on the phone this has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been with and I see a new bank in the near future… no one answers or takes days to call you back if you get a call but as soon as you go in to a branch they are sitting there playing on their phones and then give you attitude because your standing there and they have to get off their personal phone not even the work phone… I’m very upset with this bank
