The staff is genuinely so kind and attentive, I always like forward to going in seeing these sweet amazing people!!
I was reading these reviews. Wow. I guess I've been more than fortunate. But its been usually on the phone stuff. I've always got answers and help with Matt over at the State street branch. To say the least he is an asset to Tento Credit Union. If a call is missed I just call and leave a quick message and I do receive a call back. I dont like to wait either especially if it's a banking issue. Thank Goodness for Matt. Thanks Matt
