Clerks are not very friendly
Everytime I go outta town o can't get to my money, they it put a lock on it n close at 330,closed weekends, n website never works.
Why is it so hard to call and talk to someone on the phone this has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been with and I see a new bank in the near future… no one answers or takes days to call you back if you get a call but as soon as you go in to a branch they are sitting there playing on their phones and then give you attitude because your standing there and they have to get off their personal phone not even the work phone… I’m very upset with this bank
I’ve never had to beg a bank so badly to take my $. It takes several calls a month to get my auto loan paid. Also they have someone working there who constantly picks up and intentionally hangs up the calls. This isn’t a once or twice occurance. It happens multiple times monthly. She/he constantly picks up hits like 3 buttons then hangs up.
Very unprofessional after several calls and voice-mails with no return calls I finally get thru to Tonya which she was very rude about my whole situation. I will be closing my account as soon as my paychecks start depositing in my other account. I do not recommend anyone to this bank. Watch this get commented on by the bank before I even get a returned call from them! Very bad customer service and no matter how short staffed you are you should not be rude to your customers
