Knowledgeable and helpful! My first time buying a home and Mark led me through the entire process.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My elderly father, who is disabled and not tech-savvy, simply asked to speak with Donna to explain his situation. She was on lunch, so he calmly asked the male receptionist if the law firm was familiar with his type of case. Instead of offering any help or compassion, the receptionist yelled at him for not being able to compose an email. Even just getting a quote and advice on whether you need something complicated or not has been really great with Rick and Diane, both have been knowledgeable and have really good follow up but also both have had much more compassion than other law offices I have reached out to in the past.
