I hired this firm to value a business, paid a $5,000 retainer, received a bill for over $3,000 with entries that read "work on case" despite that I received not one single document and nothing close to the valuation that I paid for. I fired them and hired another firm who got to work and did the job. Despite REPEATED, WRITTEN, requests, I did not receive the return of the unused portion of my retainer.
