Ericka helped me tremendously when depression was taking away my self confidence and self worth. It was the first time I tried Hypnotherapy. I expected some trance experience but the deep relaxation and the coaching by Ericka during this time reset my negative thinking into a positive path. Her recordings to reinforce her treatment at home were very helpful and made the treatment successful. When I came home, my son noticed that I was glowing. I definitely can recommend Ericka Tremaine to get your life back on track.
Ericka was so comfortable to work with. I had some familiarity with meditation, which is similar to hypnosis, but I still wasn’t quite sure what to expect. She chatted with me for awhile to get to know and understand me, then she gave me a comfy chair to sit in and we began the session. It was nearly 5 hours, with breaks whenever I needed them.
