the truth from the beginning she did not want to help in the purchase of my house always with a refusal. Later she never answered my calls, much less explained the processes of buying a house VERY BAD SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Working with Erica and her team was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the process and were in constant communication with me. I am grateful to Erica for doing something I thought was not possible of refinancing my house alone. She did work hard and negotiated some credits. So I highly recommend her with the following advice. First get your own closing title company I highly recommend United Title & Escrow located in Lake Ridge, VA (I used them when I bought my house and extremely professional.)
