5 Stars! I have been using Splaver and Splaver for more than 10 years. Business taxes and personal. Eric and Jennifer have always been very helpful and are extremely knowledgeable. What Eric learned through COVID was amazing! He educated all of us regularly so we could understand all aspects of those tax years including the PPP, ERC and all the other nuances of that time. We had a bad experience with this accountant in 2022. Just finished fixing the mess with IRS.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the first year we've used these folks for taxes, the first red flag was when you upload your documents for them. They copy them somewhere and delete them from the portal... Even while you're still uploading, thus missing documents and having to ask you to reupload. They also started our taxes before we had finished collecting and uploading documents, which caused more work for everyone.
