Eric, made our home purchase super easy, he kept us well informed and on task to make sure we closed on time with no issues.
My family cannot sing the praises loud enough. Eric and the whole team were beyond amazing. Our situation was very complicated, reverse mortgage buy out, L& I complications, and many other challenges. We had to pivot so many times to get it done. However, Eric stuck with us, held our hands, checked in on us to make sure we were doing good after my husband's surgery. He never gave up on helping us get our house. We are ever so grateful for all the hard work he put in to us getting our loan.
