From my first call, to the last, everyone, at this firm, was kind, caring and "on the money." The attorneys, and especially, Tony Anthony, Esq., understood my issue and put "to bed" that which had been keeping me up nights, since 2023. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this firm and would not recommend them for matters involving personal finances, credit, or mortgage issues. I initially engaged them to help resolve a dispute with my mortgage servicer, which had refused to honor a repayment agreement that I had successfully completed. Unfortunately, despite taking on the matter, the team was unable to effectively negotiate with the mortgage servicer or compel them to honor the agreement. Really unfortunate experience where the team simply was not able to negotiate on my behalf with my mortgage service who refused to honor their agreement on a repayment plan that was completed successfully. They then decided, rather emotionally, to terminate our partnership after I provided feedback on their disorganization, unprofessional communication, and generally poor outcomes - 1 week before they had agreed to represent me.
