Eric and Sammy did a great job at communication for my client in Idaho. We had a couple hurdles to get through that could have caused a delay in closing the last week but Sammy did an amazing job at communicating and getting it done! We were also able to wrap repairs into the deal which was a huge blessing for my client. Thank you!
