When we first started shopping for construction-perm loans for our home, Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He told us about multiple options and was very upfront about all of the costs of each. We have bought many houses over the years but have never had such a wonderful experience as we did with Intercoastal Mortgage. Our agent, Eric Gilespie was excellent in taking care of our needs. As complicated as a construction loan can be he made it seem effortless! The transition to a traditional mortgage was as smooth as silk and the team accomplished what we thought was impossible!
