Eric..after numerous phone calls to office only for a copy of the contract my HOA and I and lawyers from HOA agreed on. No return calls..never got a copy of the contract so I have no case!!! I need the signed papers they also signed!! Wth Eric
Do not use this lawyer My husband and I gave him a retainer and made it very clear that most likely we wouldn’t need his services. 3 years later, even after taking him to board of ethics and “winning” our $ back, he still has not paid us back. He has given us bounced checks; we’ve accrued fees... nightmare If I could give ZERO stars I would.
