The staff are kind and very friendly. Dr. Francis is knowledgable and thorough, asking many insightful questions. I felt like I had all my questions answered and am very glad I'm now a patient of his practice.
Dr. Francis is a really good Doctor. He actually takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor to not serious like other doctors. If you are looking for a Doctor I followed him from his old location. It is hard to find great doctor that actually want to help you and not just prescribe medication. Four thumbs up for you Dr. Francis
I am so pleased that I found Dr. Francis. He is a great partner in managing my health. Equally important for me, his front office team is impeccable. They are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Also of note, the Resolute facility in New Braunfels is conveniently located and a new, first class facility. I highly recommend this health care team.
