Eric is the most wonderful! I used him for my first mortgage, and he called me to recommend I refinance (with no closing costs) when rates dropped - we love our 2.99%! When we fell in love unexpectedly with our next property and had to move fast, Eric hustled with me on a Sunday and Monday to get us pre-approved and offer ready by Tuesday AM. Truly can not thank or recommend him enough!
