RecommendedI have been riding/racing for over thirty years, the wheels Eric built are by far my favorites. I have a set of Ergott wheels for my gravel bike, another for my road bike and a deep rim set I can use on my tri bike. Handling is exceptional, they are bomb-proof and the road set has over three years of use.
I’ve had both road and mountain wheels built by Eric at ErgottWheels. I’ve had my mountain wheels for about ten years. Best set of wheels I’ve ever owned.
It's been 2 years since Eric built a pair of beautiful wheels which I have ridden on rough Michigan roads. Never had any problems, despite the wheels being light (1300 grams). He was very open to me sending him the rear hub since I got a great deal on them, even though his prices were also very reasonable. I told him I was a student, and he suggested several even cheaper and lighter options! Excellent communication throughout the entire process.

Eric built up a pair of light, shallow carbon wheels I plan to use year round on my road bike. I Couldn't be happier with how they have performed. I think I like them better than my Zipps! Thank you again for a terrific build!
