The staff is extremely helpful and the chair trial policy is amazing! I was able to spend a week with two chairs to try and figure out what works the best for me. It's usually so hard deciding on a good office chair without that trial policy. I'm very happy with the services provided here and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a new office chair!
I purchased a very high-end HAG Tribute Executive Chair for myself from Ergoport and was delighted with the experience. I was communicated with early and regularly and given accurate timings as to when the chair would arrive and it was delivered with care. A request to change the wheels to accommodate my hard floor (rather than carpet) was responded to propmtly by Jo who very kindly arranged for the right wheels to be delivered to me at no cost.
