Great customer service, quick dispatch. Next day after I ordered I got a call, they though they sent 1 item short and so they asked me not to worry and they sent the missing one before I even received 1st package. All worked out perfectly fine. I also called with some questions. Most my questions got answered on the phone, and one question they followed up with via email very promptly. I ended up buying from them again soon afterwards. I'm happy with my purchases. Thanks!
Very average quality, bought a chair and when i was assembling it i knew i made a mistake. Using it for over 3 weeks now and still disappointed.
Missed returning an incredibly uncomfortable item by a matter of days due to some major work commitments. Unfortunately they offered no leniency and now we are stuck with an unwanted and poor product.
Exceptional customer service from this company! I had a minor assembly problem with my Bimos ergonomic chair; upon contacting Ergo, I was put through to David who went to great lengths (including visiting me at my home) to make adjustments and ensure the seat worked properly. I can't recommend this Ergo enough!
