For starters, they have a detailed questionnaire to send you options tailored to your specific needs and use. I had the opportunity to visit the showroom and test drive the office chairs. Amazing people! We wanted to test out chairs to get for our at home office and they let us test chairs they recommended, get the right specs, and order the chairs through them.
I have to say this company has been one of the best experiences I have ever had! The customer service was beyond amazing and was there to help immediately. I had to switch out the arms for the chair as it was not fully optimal for me, but the team helped me right away, I think I waited an hour max when I sent out my email for assistance and got a very helpful response. They sent me the items right away and I exchanged them with no issues! They have an amazing customer service team, and I am blown away.
Christina was awesome in helping me spec out a chair to my specific wants and needs. The chair is great and the customer service is even better!
