Ordered a dual monitor mount (stacked, not side by side) from ErgoDirect only after peppering their sales folks with questions. I have dual 35" ultrawide monitors, so I needed to find something that could support the weight. They were very helpful, answering all of my questions, before I finally purchased. The product has been rock solid. No wobbling and it was really easy to adjust the heights to fit my webcam in the middle. Would definitely order from them again!

Christina was quick and professional with her quotes which were very competitive. Her customer service after the sale was also excellent. She remained very patient with my numerous concerns after a expensive chair purchase. She was easy to contact and constantly maintained a open line of communication. We are a small non-profit and needed a secure way to mount a tablet and keyboard to a metal shelving unit. ErgoDirect had just what we needed with the round bracket for the corner post. My order came with an inappropriate part for our application (my mistake as my order didn't take that into account) and after discussing the issue with them they offered me a trade of the right part for the one we wouldn't use. I was pleased that they worked hard and were flexible to make this right for us.

I had a wonderful experience buying my desk chair here. Nick took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the right chair for my workspace. I really appreciated that he focused on finding the best fit rather than trying to upsell me. What impressed me even more was the customer service after the purchase. Several months later, I accidentally broke one of the chair arms, and Nick personally helped me get it fixed.
