My new Office Master TY68 exceeds expectations. The OM chairs are manufactured in Southern California and shipped direct from their factory. The Product Quality is outstanding. The available Customization Options are numerous and the Customer Service is exceptional from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend ErgoDirect.

The customer service I experienced with ErgoDirect was as good as it gets. The "Product Finders" tool worked perfectly and I had a response from their account manager, Annada, in less than a day (submitted the request at 6PM and had the response at 11AM the next morning).
