Terrible. Absolutely TERRIBLE
ordered items on september 22, 2021 that were told to be in stock and ready to ship. have not received items and numerous phone calls are unanswered and not returned after leaving message.
This company stole $6,000 from my organization on a major order of products (CHAIRS) that it did not deliver. Still waiting for a refund after 6 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Looks like this is a popular story. I ordered 2 chairs and a month later had still not received them. I called, emailed and tried the online chat. No response. I finally reached someone through the chat after multiple attempts over multiple days. They promised a refund and surprise, it never showed. I've finally disputed the transaction with my cc company. Hopefully they will have better luck.
Ordered a chair but I never got it. Had to file a claim with PayPal for a full refund. Total scam!
