I have been using the Ergo21 cushions since 2013, The cushions gave me comfort. I honestly love them.
After my lumbar surgery, the seat cushion and the lumbar support (back cushion) from ERGO21 made a huge difference. Post-surgery, I can’t sit or stand for long periods, so when it’s time to sit, these cushions help me feel comfortable. They made car rides to and from my neurosurgeon much easier - it felt like my whole body was supported and safely cushioned. This is a Doozy!! So I ordered my coccyx pillow from Ergo 21 online. As it was approaching delivery time UPS sent my package from Colorado all the way back to California. They did not call me or leave any indicators. It seems they had the wrong address for me yet the same building. This is all on UPS. I found the toll free number and the email address right on the website. I sent an email with my plight.
