This is a Doozy!! So I ordered my coccyx pillow from Ergo 21 online. As it was approaching delivery time UPS sent my package from Colorado all the way back to California. They did not call me or leave any indicators. It seems they had the wrong address for me yet the same building. This is all on UPS. I found the toll free number and the email address right on the website. I sent an email with my plight.
