I have worked with Paul Curran since 2020, when he helped my 18 year old self acquire 110 acres of farmland with an FSA guarantee loan. He also helped me acquire more acreage this spring in junction with the FSA. He even helped my parents refinance with Ergo to get out of their abusive, corrupt, and toxic bank. He explained everything clearly, kept the process moving, and was always available when I had questions. It’s rare to find someone who’s both sharp and easy to talk to, but Kevin nailed it.
