I feel that this company has terrible Internet service & customer service. Ive called several times in which I've had to wait over 20min just to speak to someone a few of those times I was randomly hung up on. We had our internet randomly disconnected so I had to call to figure out the problem the person on the phone told us they shut us down because we had a virus and shut down 30 other computer ( this was not true).
