I prefer the online. The clothes are and style is great but the store stinks like pot. Didn’t realize that it was a sales person that smokes weed outside and spits in side walk. Really classy for Madison Ave.
At first I ordered online and was contacted by Max at the Maddison store to discuss some minor issues.He was a great help, done what he promised to do and was a pleasure to deal with.I then went into NYC and I decided to collect the items from the store , Max was off for the day but Edward helped me.Again great service not pushy and very helpful.And the clothes are superb. I'm going to be coming back for sure.
I have been loving the clothes for a while, and recently purchased a couple of the pants in sale. Took one of the pairs home while they shipped another pair from Italy. Got personally delivered to my house in southern NYC. Wasn't expecting this kind of service from anyone, but now I think I'll just only purchase a bunch of my clothes from Eredipisano
